1. Pilot Status
LightningWars is currently an invitation-only promotional pilot for
adults aged 18 and over, Bitcoin holders, and early feedback groups.
The current plan is to run one or two small pilot sessions, collect
logs, review payment and settlement records, and then seek accountant,
legal, and KSA-style review before any public rollout. The purpose is
to test whether players enjoy a physical skill-based game that uses
Bitcoin over Lightning for player identity, funding, audit trail,
ranking, and settlement.
2. Game Format
The standard pilot format is a 20-minute Sats Combat laser game.
Every player competes individually. A player is eliminated after four
confirmed hits. Shots, hits, eliminations, survival, and final ranking
are recorded by the game system and reviewed before settlement.
3. Skill-Based Activity
LightningWars is intended as a physical skill-based live game. The
result depends on movement, timing, accuracy, positioning, and
survival during play. It is not intended as a chance-based promotion
or financial product.
4. Price and Combat Budget
The current pilot price is EUR 12 per player for a 20-minute game.
At check-in, the operator creates a fresh player funding QR. Current
vNext policy keeps a 10% LightningWars pilot operation fee and splits
the remaining combat stack into protected floor, exposed stack, and
match bonus contribution. The net result is settled after operator
review according to the visible pilot rules.
5. Wallet Identity and Settlement Route
The player's Lightning Address or LNURL is used as their player ID
and wallet route for funding, payout, or claim review. Any compatible
Lightning Address or LNURL wallet may be used. Wallet of Satoshi is
only the easiest pilot recommendation. Players are responsible for
entering or scanning the correct wallet identity before play. A
charged phone and a funded Lightning wallet are required for the
current pilot flow.
6. Settlement and Fallback
Settlement is reviewed after the final ranking and match ledger are
available. If a direct payout fails because of wallet, network,
routing, or provider issues, a claim or manual fallback process may
be used. Settlement logs may be kept for audit, troubleshooting, and
accounting.
7. Operating Boundaries
LightningWars is not an exchange, custodial wallet provider,
investment product, crypto trading service, or financial product.
Players control their own wallet destination. Operators never ask for
seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or custodial account
login details.
8. Safety and Operator Instructions
Players must follow operator instructions, location rules, and safety
directions. The operator may pause, restart, or stop a game if a
player behaves unsafely, equipment fails, the location becomes
unsafe, or the pilot cannot continue responsibly.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation, refund, weather, no-show, failed payment, and failed
payout situations are handled under the refund policy. The refund
policy should be read together with these terms before booking or
check-in.
10. Privacy
LightningWars processes only the data needed to run the pilot, handle
payment and payout status, maintain match records, and communicate
with players or organizers. Details belong in the privacy policy.
11. Organizer and Contact
The pilot is organized by H. Begeman through an existing entity.
